Alex asked me if we were sleeping here, and I said "yes, for a couple of days". A silent tear ran down his cheek. All I could do was hold him, and tell him "we'll go home soon"
Cancer sucks...

I have shed tears over Alex and his fight, but this is the first post that has made me cry. You are an amazing mom, Sara. You need some serious hugs too! Good luck during the night.
