Tears

Alex was so brave when the nurse accessed his Port.

I on the other hand, cried silent tears at having to be here, doing this again...

  1. I am almost in tears to hear your news. My friends wee girl who is five had her last chemo for her t-cell lymphoma in March. I have read your blog with interest as Alex is just a step further than my friends daughter. I am so sorry that this has happened to Alex, and will be thinking of you and reading for news.

  2. Hearing about this last week was so devastating; my heart hurt for all of you. No child should have to go through this, it just isn't fair. Every ounce of my good vibes are directed to Alex; I think about him every day, even though I have not met him yet. All of my local churches have him on their prayer lists.

  3. Sara, the biggest hugs to you and your family! I was completely shocked when Liane told me the horrible news. Both Bill and I are registered in the registry. Anytime you are ready to get the blitz going for a match let me know. A girl at our school needed one and they set up a Facebook page for her and she found a match in Japan who happened to be travelling in the US. Amazing the reach of FB. xo xo xo to you
